VanDeMark is a leading global producer of phosgene intermediates and other specialty chemicals serving the pharmaceutical, personal care, agrochemical, CASE and plastic/polymer markets for over 50 years.

Our production facilities in the U.S. and in Hungary (Framochem subsidiary) produce a portfolio of about 50 catalogue products that are supplemented by our custom product business which makes up nearly 25% of our revenue.

Safety, environmental awareness and product stewardship are hallmarks of our operating philosophy as well as core competencies as evidenced by ISO and Responsible Care certifications at both production sites.

Commercializing new products is a key focus and growth driver for our business. We have commercialized 15 new products in the past 5 years. Our expertise is in working closely with customers to develop lab scale processes that we can then effectively scale up directly to multi-metric ton demand levels.
