Shanghai Pengbo Titanium Dioxide Co.,Ltd(Grew out of Shanghai Dongtai Chemical Plant),which was founded in 1971,has more than 49 years' experience in Titanium Dioxide Production.

In June 2006,this plant relocated from Songjiang District to the Second industrial park of Jinshan District in Shanghai.New location covers a vast area of 80,000 squre meters,together with a building area of 30,000 squre meters and a total investment of more than USD30,000,000.

As the sole titanium dioxide manufacturer in Shanghai,Pengbo build up an advanced production line with annual output of 50,000MT and a professional export team.
